RETURNS
Return Timeframe
- Unused and Unopened Items: You have an indefinite period to return unused and unopened items in their original condition for a full refund.
- Used Gear: You have 60 days to return gear due to any manufacturer defects, afterwards gear can be appraised for the gear exchange and an offer will be made or product will be returned to customer.
Condition of Items
- Items must be returned in new, sellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Used gear must be in good condition and free from excessive wear or damage to qualify for appraisal.
Refund Options
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Store credit will be issued for used gear accepted through the Gear Exchange Platform.
Return Shipping Fees
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for warranty claims or repairs.
- For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
