Archadia stands behind every product with an industry-leading lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace any product damaged through normal use or wear and tear - free of charge.

What Is Covered

Warranty Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@archadia.com

  2. Describe the damage and provide photos

  3. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label to send the item for evaluation

  4. Our repair team will assess and repair/replace the item at no cost

 

Exclusions

  • Intentional damage

  • Loss of item

  • Cosmetic wear that doesn't impact functionality

  • Damage from improper storage or extreme environmental conditions

Archadia Repair Services: Terms and Conditions

  • Repair Coverage

    • We will repair or replace any Archadia product damaged through normal use, accidents, or wear and tear.

    • Manufacturing defects are covered under our lifetime warranty.

  • Exclusions

    • Intentional damage

    • Damage from improper care or storage

    • Cosmetic wear that doesn't impact functionality

    • Lost or stolen items

  • Repair Process

    • Contact our customer support team at [support@archadia.com](mailto:support@archadia.com) to initiate a repair.

    • Provide a detailed description of the damage and include photos.

    • You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

    • Clean your item before sending it for repair.

    • Include your RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Shipping

    • Archadia covers round-trip shipping for warranty repairs.

    • For non-warranty repairs, a $15 shipping fee applies.

  • Repair Timeframe

    • We aim to complete repairs within 4 weeks of receiving your item.

  • Repair Costs

    • Warranty repairs are free of charge.

    • Non-warranty repairs under $200 will be completed without prior approval.

    • For repairs exceeding $200, we'll provide an estimate for your approval.

  • Replacement Policy

    • If an item is unrepairable, we may replace it with a comparable product or issue a credit voucher.

  • Customer Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate contact information and product details.

    • Respond to repair estimates within 10 working days.

    • Remove all non-essential accessories before sending items for repair.

  • Limitations

    • We cannot guarantee exact color matches for fabric repairs.

    • Archadia is not responsible for personal belongings left in products sent for repair.
